Dr. Harrington holds a Ph.D. in Nutritional Philosophy, a Th.D. in Nutritional Theology and has practiced clinical nutrition for over a quarter century. He also holds a C.Psy.D. in Christian Psychology in Clinical Counseling and is NCCA Board Certified in Substance Abuse including Eating Disorders and Food Addictions. His broad scientific background leads to a more complete approach in improving your total health and wellness. Through his counseling many have regained their health - physically, emotionally and spiritually - gaining a new sense of self-worth and a happier and healthier lifestyle. He has also served as a Clergy Member of Kairos Prison Ministry and weekly mentor within the Florida Prison System. Dr. Harrington is a Spiritual Director as well as a Certified BodyMindSpirit Coach. He also serves as a peer reviewer for the Journal of Nutritional Education and Behavior, a International publication by the Society of Nutritional Education.

Nancy holds a degree concentration in Business Management, Economics and Marketing. Her work experience includes 20 years in Food Service ranging from College and University Food Service Management, owner and marketer of profitable family style restaurants, part of management teams for two high volume, high profit units for national chain restaurants and Head Chef for a 5 star restaurant. Through several of these psotions she has gained practical nutritional knowledge. She also has 15 years experience in retail sales and management as well as being a sales trainer and coach developing highly successful businesses and sales associates. She currently works as an investment advisor. She is a vital part of the counseling team in the areas of daily meal preparation, time management and family finance.
